What If I Don't Deserve to Have Self-Esteem? PDF Print E-mail

Everyone deserves to feel good about themselves and have high self-esteem.  Remember, just because you have high self-esteem, that does not make you vain.  Many people misunderstand this.

It’s about respecting yourself as a person and accepting yourself for who you are.  No one is perfect; in fact, some people say that it is the little imperfections and flaws in people that actually make us attractive.  After all, if we were all the same and if we were all perfect, wouldn’t the world be boring?

As soon as you start to realise that you are an individual and accept yourself for your strengths and your weaknesses, you will realise that you too can have high self-esteem and achieve anything you set your mind to!
