Adapt hope to hold a series of information days. Dates and times to be confirmed. This is specifically for young people to come along and gain further information on the devastating effects of eating disorders. Visit this section again for further details when they become available.


Adapt have recently launced an Information and Support service within the Southern Regional College Campus'. This is in partnership with the health promotion college and a member of the team is available for all students and staff to speak to every Wednesday from 12-2pm on a rotation basis of the 5 campus'.

Adapt have a Young Person’s Project Officer funded for three years by Comic Relief. As a result adapt have expanded their services. Adapt are offering workshops which incorporate some the dove self- esteem body talk workshop resources. These are currently being offered in schools in the Southern geographical area.

These workshops are in high demand and are very imformative. They are now being offered to youth clubs and community and voluntary groups working with young people up to the age of 25. These workshops are free of charge, booking is essential to avoid disappointment.
