Home Recovery Affirmations
Affirmations PDF Print E-mail

Use these affirmations first thing in the morning or last thing at night. These positive thoughts, if used with meaning, will rest in the subconscious mind. The positive waves released by affirmations and good thoughts will renew the cell tissues and nerves. What we think is what we are. Thoughts of cheerfulness, joy and courage heal and soothe.

I am strong and confident.
I am a healthy person and I feel good.
I am kind and i have plenty to offer everyone.
I am now learning to handle my life well.
I will share my happiness with everyone.
Everyday my life is getting better.
My life is important, because I can help others.
Everything i meet in life, whether good or bad, is for my own learning.
My life is now more peaceful.
I am in control of everything I do.
I am strong in mind and body.
Every breath i take is full of healing energy.
I feel full of healing energy.
I feel strong, confident and happy.

BE YOUR OWN BEST FRIEND:

• Give yourself a break from doing things for other people
• Take yourself to lunch or dinner once a week
• Do any fun, non- routine things that enter your mind: go roller- skating, read your favourite book or take a walk in the rain without your umberella
• Demonstrate your “I’m my best friend” feelings by treating yourself to a small gift, anything you love like books, records, cosmetics, once a month.
